Refunds 

We at Seekspree are committed to offering top-notch quality products. After meticulously reviewing & packaging the products, we ship your orders. 


However, unforeseen incidents may happen. If you receive a product with visible damage/manufacturing defect or a different product from what you have ordered, you may contact us via this email ID customercare@seekspree.com or raise a ticket from within the website itself. Write to us if you don’t like to buy an alternative, and we will guide you throughout the return and refund process. 


Upon receiving your request, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, we will automatically process your refund within 7-10 business days, depending on the original payment method. 


Late Refund

If you haven’t received a refund in the decided timeframe, then first, please check your bank, as it may take some time to display your refund officially. If you have already done this and the refund is still not showing, please reach us at customercare@seekspree.com.  


Returns/Exchange  

We at Seekspree strive to facilitate a great user experience each time you shop with us. However, in case you are facing issues with the size or are a damaged product and wish to return/exchange the item, then please read our return/exchange policies carefully: 


  1. We offer a free return/exchange of an item within three days of the delivery date. Raise a ticket at seekspree.com or reach us at customercare@seekspree.com and let us know which product you want to return/exchange. Don’t forget to mention the order number for reference.

  2. In case of a visible manufacturing defect, contact our customer support with the necessary details. Attach the image of the defective piece and the receipt of the order in the email. 

  3. Please note that the items will only be accepted for return/exchange if they are in intact condition and their original package.
