Seekspree offers a 10-day return and exchange policy for your purchased products, as long as they are still in their original condition and packaging.
To file for a return or exchange request, please raise a request from the my account page.
*Please note that the shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once our team receives and inspects your returned item(s) to ensure the seekspree's refund policy guidelines are met, you will then receive an email from our end confirming the approval or rejection of your request.
Your credit card refunds will be issued back to your credit card account within 7-14 working days upon approval.
*The timing might differ depending on your bank's processing time.
**Please note that for cash on delivery orders, we only issue store credits.
If rejected, we will send you your item(s) back, along with an email in which we will further explain the reason for rejection.
Exchanges
Once our team receives and inspects your returned item(s) to ensure the seekspree's exchange policy guidelines are met, you will then receive an email from our end confirming the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
Upon approval, your exchanged item(s) will then be processed and dispatched to you.
If rejected, we will send you your item(s) back, along with an email in which we will further explain the reason for rejection.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund from our end, first check your bank account or credit card company, as it can take up to 10 - 20 business days before your refund is officially processed and transferred to your bank account.

Shipping
Seekspree is responsible for the return shipping costs of your item(s). Once we receive your submitted returns request, we will arrange for one of our courier partners to pick up your item(s).
